The non-human species constitute a vast biomass all through the Earth´s biodiversity, in all its ecosystems. The perspective adopted this series of visual essays explores the creative and artistic possibilities contained in rabbit hides, which, over time, having undergone enzyme and protein transformation processes, succeed in maintaining in the inner state of the skin, either vestiges or protuberances. Thanks to biotechnology and its various devices, the knowledge available to us about the biological circumstances of long historic periods has undergone changes that allow us to talk about esthetic considerations as dimensions of what is possible in the transgenic or bioluminescent processes, conditions that expand the scientific and, therefore, technological spaces.
They reveal that the poetic relationships of genetic interpretations displayed on biological maps based on the analysis of images on a micro scale can be used to understand the life of microorganisms inside the rabbit hide, in addition to a field of knowledge of microelectronic images, with the purpose of revealing possible worlds, homeostatic structures on a biological scale, which represent DNA and RNA conditions and their transformation processes that photo synthesis accomplishes in biologic organisms and which, later, were found in
the form of plasma sheaths or membranes.
Such non-human exploration consists of integration with technology, with the purpose of interpreting the processes which biological species have undergone over their timelines. In this one in particular, we wanted to highlight that it advances toward a theme of symbiosis in combination with technology, without which it would be impossible to view microorganisms. The methodology underlying this process one of possibility, as long as there is life.
