By: Venus y Nicolás Bernal
Experimentation and artistic exploration workshop where a drag visual concept is built from the cultural impact of the search for the origin of the universe, through astrophysics and quantum physics. This space brings together queer theories, drag art and visual arts, creating unique pieces that relate gender ruptures and contemporary discourses of science.
NOTHING MORE QUEER THAN THE UNIVERSE
Nicolás Bernal
In the introductory talk to the workshop, a proposal is developed that connects specific phenomena of particle physics and astrophysics, with characteristics of queer theories, such as indeterminate and "queer" genders, or the inexistence of determined borders.
